Should you wish to return an item, please complete our web form here, quoting your order reference number in the enquiry box, together with a brief description of why you would like to return the item(s).
We endeavour to respond to all return requests within 4 working hours, where you will then be sent further instructions including:
- An emailed returns note for you to print and enclose with your return
- A GRN number to be written on the outside of the parcel being sent back
- Address detail of where to send the return
Once received and checked, you will receive an update by email as to the status of your return. On most occasions this will be to say that the return has been accepted and the original payment method has been refunded.
Where an exchange is required these will need to be handled in the same way as any other returns.
An unwanted item should be returned for a refund following the return instructions above. You are then able to go ahead and purchase the correct item(s) you require, speeding up the exchange process.
Once checked the returned item will be refunded in full, including the original shipping cost on the original sale.
You have 30 calendar days after receipt of goods to tell us of your intention to return your item(s) providing the item(s) are in a new, re-sellable condition, and complete with all original components and packaging. You are then responsible for returning the item(s) within 30 calendar days of cancelling.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item back to Babol Ltd and it is advisable to use an insured, trackable service to cover loss or damage in transit.
Any missing or damaged items that are returned may cause the return to be rejected or have the cost to replace these item(s) deducted from the credit you receive.
All products purchased from www.gravitylife.co.uk come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against genuine defects in materials and/or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover any product that has been damage as a result of accident, misuse or customer abuse.
Should you have a faulty item that is still in warranty, please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange returning the item back to us.
